Suitable for glazing e.g. egg, milk on either bread or pastry.
Can also be used as a cleaning tool to remove dust particles from narrow places such as in between food equipment. Colour coded for segregation and HACCP.
- The bristles are polyester (not natural fibres) therefore more hygienic as a food-contact brush.
- They are supersoft and do not damage the pastry.
- Autoclavable and suitable for micro-swabbing.
- Can resist high temperatures of dishwashers therefore easily cleanable.
